The post-graduate degree in NDS HF Hotel Management was established by HotellerieSuisse. It is designed for entrepreneurs and senior management professionals in the hospitality industry who are eager to enhance their leadership and management skills. This program equips participants to meet evolving industry challenges and lead their businesses into a successful future.
Federal recognition: This post-graduate degree is the only one recognized by the higher professional school (HF) level.
Practical learning: The program focuses on real-life applications with modern ways of learning. You can immediately apply what you learn in your own working environment.
Industry experts: Your lecturers are practitioners, who are able to adapt their teaching content to the current issues of the industry.
Seminar based classes: Classes are held in seminar-format at selected hotels. This allows for an intensive training in an environment that fosters exchange and discovery.

The 500 hours of learning time consist of 4 modules completed by a project and a diploma thesis. You will take a written exam after each of the first 3 modules.

The costs include the four modules, the examination fee, the one-time registration fee, the supervision of the diploma thesis, access to Teams, cultural events, the diploma and the graduation ceremony.
CHF 12’000.- to CHF 13'000.-
The first 24 participants of the NDS HF Hotel Management, whose operation is mandatorily subject to the L-GAV at the time of registration, will receive subsidies of up to a maximum of CHF 6,720 from the implementation costs contributions of the L-GAV. In addition, the employer receives compensation for loss of earnings in the form of daily allowances. The corresponding application will be sent to the participants after registration. The funds are limited. There is no entitlement to subsidy contributions.
